Organization overview

The Impact Storytelling for Development Initiative (ISDI) is a nonprofit African development communication institution that promotes communication as a catalyst for social change through evidence-based impact storytelling, public awareness, capacity building, media and integrated communications.

We work with governments, development partners, institutions and communities to document measurable change, strengthen public awareness and build communication capacity that advances sustainable development across Africa.

Every development intervention has two stories—the story of implementation and the story of impact. ISDI exists to document what changed, why it matters and the lessons it offers for sustainable development.
